Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, hybrid model

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across different technologies and seniority levels, supporting both Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing requirements for Nexttec's clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and attracting qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their technical background, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through candidate submission, interviews, selection, and hiring
• Working closely with client's recruitment team and relevant stakeholders to understand client requirements and required candidate profiles
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent across multiple technology areas
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS
• Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
