Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead capable of providing hands-on functional expertise while leading and coordinating project delivery teams across multiple Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud HCM engagements. He demonstrate strong technical-functional leadership, ownership of delivery outcomes, and the ability to manage complex customer requirements and escalations independently.

HR Core, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance, I-Rec, OLM, OTL , Talent Management, ORC.

Key Responsibilities:

• leading the delivery team in project execution, ensuring adherence to best practices, and managing client relationships. 
• You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the Oracle HCM system to meet client needs. 
• The role also involves providing training and support to end-users, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise post-implementation. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. 
• A proven track record in project management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical for this position.
