Senior Automation Tester

As Senior Automation Tester you will define and drive the organization's test automation strategy, ensuring the creation of enterprise-grade, scalable, and innovative frameworks. The Senior Engineer sets standards, mentors others, and introduces advanced practices such as AI-driven automation, while managing testing risks at a strategic level.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and enforce automation strategy across teams.
• Architect scalable frameworks, ensuring best practices.
• Establish automation standards and quality KPIs.
• Lead automation for enterprise-level and eCommerce projects.
• Mentor mid- and junior-level engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in automation testing with proven leadership.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise tools (Playwright, Appium, UFT).
• Deep background in performance/load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Strong international/multi-vendor project experience.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation solutions.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
