Solutions Architect – Integrations

We are seeking a Solutions Architect specializing in integrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that connect various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – Integrations to lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of complex integration solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with excellent client-facing, analytical, and project delivery skills. Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, preferably in fintech, payments, fraud prevention, risk management, or compliance, is particularly relevant.

Key responsbilities

• Lead end-to-end technical integration and implementation activities, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business objectives, technical requirements, existing systems, and integration challenges.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
• Design and validate API-based integrations, data flows, authentication mechanisms, and system interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout client onboarding and integration activities.
• Develop and maintain API specifications, SDK documentation, integration guides, and troubleshooting materials.
• Manage implementation deliverables, technical dependencies, timelines, quality standards, and integration-related risks.
• Troubleshoot issues using API requests and responses, JSON payloads, SQL queries, logs, and system behavior.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Project Management, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for product and integration improvements.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, technical implementation, integration engineering, or technical account management.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably in fintech, payments, fraud prevention, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting REST APIs and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Practical experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Working knowledge of web technologies, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Golang.
• Ability to manage multiple integration engagements and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade financial technology or risk and compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with SDK integration, webhooks, API security, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with distributed engineering teams and international enterprise clients.
• Understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and production deployment practices.

A hands-on solutions architect who can independently own client integrations, translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful enterprise deployments.
