Cambodia: Sales Manager (Hospitality)

Sales Manager Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 nett p/m

Position Type: Full-Time

Our premier client, a developer in one of Cambodia's most exciting developments, are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive their sales initiatives in their newly opened resort. Despite the resort catering to a broad range of nationalities, this particular role demands proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to broaden the company reach and perception in Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects to the senior management team.
• Participate in conferences, shows, and other events to promote the company offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management tools.
• Strong business sense with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
