We're in search of a Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, capable of thinking outside the box when it comes to developing relationships and understanding the evolving needs and changes of the market.
Our client, a forward thinking and progressive leader in the industry is primarily interested in outstanding soft skills; product-specific knowledge can and will be taught on the job.
The ideal candidate will ideally come from a forward-facing luxury, F&B or hospitality background.

Base Salary per month: $2,000-$2,500.00USD Net (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Commission Structure
- 10% share in retail sales (progressive rate of 2.5% commission rate from 20K to 25K sales, 3.5% from 25K and up);
- 40% of the maximum 3.5% commission in WS (20K to 30K sales at the rate of 2.5% commission, 30K to 50K at the rate of 3% and 50K and up at the rate of 3.5%;
- 2.5% of 1st brought and collected transaction for each and every new customer or account.
Job Description:
- Networking and contacting potential clients /accounts;
- Arrange meetings for both wholesale and retail sides of the business;
- Proposing new marketing initiatives;
- Increasing the value of current accounts while attracting new ones;
- Finding and developing new opportunities and improving sales;
- Attending meetings and events;
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
