Comission Structure

• 10% share in retail sales (progressive rate of 2.5% commission rate from 20K to 25K sales, 3.5% from 25K and up).

• 40% of the maximum 3.5% commission in WS (20K to 30K sales at the rate of 2.5% commission, 30K to 50K at the rate of 3% and 50K and up at the rate of 3.5%.

• 2.5% of 1st brought and collected transaction for each and every new customer or account.
  

Job Description:

• Networking and contacting potential clients /accounts from the Chinese speaking community to
• arrange meetings for both wholesale and retail sides of the business
• Proposing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current accounts while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new opportunities and improving sales.
• Attending meetings and events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
