Job Description

• Develop and manage digital engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction across digital platforms
• Oversee social media strategy, email marketing, and content marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the Creative Services and Multimedia Production teams to create impactful content
• Analyse data from digital campaigns, including website analytics, social media metrics, and email performance, to optimise engagement
• Experiment with innovative digital marketing techniques to increase engagement and drive traffic

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Khmer
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or engagement roles
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content strategy
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and social media insights
• Strong communication skills in both English & Khmer and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and online advertising (e.g. Google Ads, social media ads)
