Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Growth Strategy
- Lead and manage the fundraising process, building strong relationships with investors.
- Define and implement a clear roadmap for business expansion with a structured and scalable approach.
Operations & Product Quality
- Ensure top-quality product development and seamless execution.
- Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery.
Leadership & Company Culture
- Inspire, motivate, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Establish a work hard, play hard mindset, balancing ambition, execution, and team well-being.
Execution & Performance
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage high-pressure situations and pivot when necessary.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on execution and delivering tangible outcomes.
- Determined and persistent, with a track record of seeing projects through to success.
Ideal (but not essential) Previous Experience
- Startup Leadership: Experience as a CEO, GM, or COO in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS startup.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relationships.
- Marketplace or SaaS Growth: Background in scaling a B2B or B2B2C platform, ideally in POS, fintech, or hospitality tech sectors.
- Operations & Execution: Strong expertise in optimizing processes, building teams, and delivering high-quality products.
- Regional or International Expansion: Experience in launching and scaling operations across multiple markets, preferably in Southeast Asia.

Compensation
- Salary: $3,500 USD/month
- Equity: Shares in the company
