Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Growth Strategy

  • Lead and manage the fundraising process, building strong relationships with investors.
  • Define and implement a clear roadmap for business expansion with a structured and scalable approach.

Operations & Product Quality

  • Ensure top-quality product development and seamless execution.
  • Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery.

  • Establish a work hard, play hard mindset, balancing ambition, execution, and team well-being.

Execution & Performance

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to manage high-pressure situations and pivot when necessary.

  • Determined and persistent, with a track record of seeing projects through to success.

Ideal (but not essential) Previous Experience

  • Startup Leadership: Experience as a CEO, GM, or COO in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS startup.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relationships.
  • Marketplace or SaaS Growth: Background in scaling a B2B or B2B2C platform, ideally in POS, fintech, or hospitality tech sectors.
  • Operations & Execution: Strong expertise in optimizing processes, building teams, and delivering high-quality products.
  • Regional or International Expansion: Experience in launching and scaling operations across multiple markets, preferably in Southeast Asia.

Compensation

  • Salary: $3,500 USD/month
  • Equity: Shares in the company
