We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Director with a tech background to join our client's high-impact team! The successful candidate will oversee it's B2B and B2C sales initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and target achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Direct the sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Assist key-account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Understand the individual needs of each client, creating solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Work closely with CEO and Management team to set up a sales plan and drive execution of the plan.

Desired qualities and qualifications.

  • experience in ISP, Media or Digital TV
  • 5+ years in sales
