Our highly established client is looking for a Director of Business Development capable of OVERSEEING and CLOSING successful large scale land and real estate sales deal.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in high-end residential real estate, commercial properties, and leasing opportunities.
- Manage sales contracts and contribute to contract development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment properties and development opportunities.
- Lead project planning efforts, including JV modeling and financial feasibility analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients, real estate agents, and potential partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and investors, showcasing the value proposition.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and legal requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales and development team.
Requirements:
- 5-7 Years experience in land and real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Solid project planning experience, including JV modeling and financial analysis.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
