Main responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation: Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum to foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
• Student Development: Nurture the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all students.
• Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to monitor and enhance student progress.
• Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's academic and personal development.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of educational trends and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.

Desired Qualities and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification from a recognized institution.
• Experience teaching the American curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency in English and French languages.
