Main responsibilities

• Data Integration:Design, develop, and implement robust data integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability between various systems and databases. 
• ETL Processes: Build and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to efficiently move and transform data across platforms. 
• Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design and implement effective data models that support integration requirements. 
• API Development: Create and maintain application programming interfaces (APIs) for data exchange and communication between systems. 
• Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of integrated data. 
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data integration issues promptly, providing technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, workflows, and system configurations

Desired Qualities and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Data Integration Engineer with a minimum of 3 years working on data integration projects
• Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi).
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex data integration challenges.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to emerging technologies and industry trends.
