Responsibilities Include:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury resort or hotel setting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and manage budgets effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and business practices is advantageous.

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
