Responsibilities Include:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role.

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.

  • Passion for exploring and incorporating local ingredients into dishes.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a plus.
