Responsibilities Include:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
Passion for exploring and incorporating local ingredients into dishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a plus.
