Overview:
Our client is on the lookout for a Product Owner, who will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and delivery of their product suite. The Product Owner will oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to solve real user problems and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy across the organization.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and technological feasibility.
- Align product roadmaps with business objectives to ensure measurable value delivery.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee multiple product portfolios, ensuring coherence and synergy among priorities.
- Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps with defined timelines, milestones, and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development and iterations.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate inter-team collaboration to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and achieve objectives.
Customer & Market Insights
- Translate target customer insights into actionable product features and improvements.
- Work with customer success and sales teams to integrate feedback and market research into development.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness.
Performance & Metrics
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and product performance metrics.
- Use data-driven decision-making to enhance products, optimize features, and prioritize future development.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Mentor team members, promoting growth and best practices.
- Serve as a thought leader, driving innovative product solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Proven track record of 2-5 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a tech startup.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios across diverse technology stacks.
- Strong background in agile methodologies with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
