We are partnering with a dynamic company involved in various Real Estate, Entertainment, Lifestyle and Hospitality ventures, including residential developments, commercial properties, and resort destinations.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to drive sales and expansion opportunities in real estate, rentals, and related ventures. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in high-end residential real estate, commercial properties, and leasing opportunities.
  • Manage sales contracts and contribute to contract development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment properties and development opportunities.
  • Lead project planning efforts, including JV modeling and financial feasibility analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients, real estate agents, and potential partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and investors, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration within the sales and development team.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 Years experience in business sales, preferably within high-end real estate or hospitality.
  • Experience in office rentals, sales contracts, and contract development.
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations.
  • Proven track record in multimillion $ business sales.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese (Preferred), Khmer (Bonus).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
