Role Overview

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will transform a major Cambodian enterprise into a data- driven, AI-enabled organization, building and leading a multi-disciplinary team across data science, AI engineering, and business intelligence, with a mandate to create the country's leading analytics and decision science capability. A background in IT or telecommunications is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics and AI strategy.
• Build predictive models driving customer retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation, including GenAI and agentic AI adoption.
• Establish data governance, business intelligence frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor local analytics talent.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in analytics, decision sciences, or AI.
• Background in IT, technology, or other data-intensive industries.
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced statistics at enterprise scale.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field; a PhD is advantageous but not required.
