What You'll Do:

Initial / learning stage:

Focused to make outbound calls to qualify leads and book meetings upon onboarding (in the learning stage)

Next, you'll be expected to competently (in 3-6 months after onboarding):

Identify and explore new opportunities by outbound activities incl. cold-calling and pitching to prospective clients across multiple segments and markets

Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing

Able to conduct consultative conversations to understand clients' events' needs and pain points preferred

Constantly maintain a high level of outbound activity and a quality sales pipeline

Achieve assigned sales target that aligns with Companys objectives and direction

Maintain updated records of all activities in CRM and dashboard

Who You're:

Min 1 year exp in B2B sales (hunter, sales development representative, outbound sales specialist)

A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs preferred

A typical a high achiever mind-set with great outbound skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of English (spoken & written) and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and to embrace changes

No solid experience but having strong communication skills and humble to learn will also be considered

Candidates with more experience with solid track record in B2B hunter sales will be considered as Senior BD Executive or Senior BD Executive or BD Manager
