Salary: $115,000 $125,000 | Monday - Friday, 8AM- 5PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Claremore, OK. This role focuses on the design and engineering of steel structures for electrical transmission and traffic intersection markets, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables. You will work closely with design teams, review drawings, and provide technical guidance while maintaining compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and design structural components for electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures.

  • Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis to support design integrity.

  • Provide accurate inputs to the design team for fabrication drawings.

  • Review structural drawings for compliance with engineering and project requirements.

  • Interpret contract documents, drawings, and customer specifications for structure requirements.

  • Ensure deliverables meet company and customer standards.

  • Provide technical guidance for design reviews, investigation reports, and development of corporate standards.

  • Participate in internal and external design reviews.

  • Ensure completion of engineering deliverables according to the project schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.

  • 5+ years of industry experience in structural engineering and design.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.

  • PLS-POLE experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Solid IT skills, able to work extensively on computers and office equipment.
