Salary: $115,000 $125,000 | Monday - Friday, 8AM- 5PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Claremore, OK. This role focuses on the design and engineering of steel structures for electrical transmission and traffic intersection markets, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables. You will work closely with design teams, review drawings, and provide technical guidance while maintaining compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and design structural components for electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures.

Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis to support design integrity.

Provide accurate inputs to the design team for fabrication drawings.

Review structural drawings for compliance with engineering and project requirements.

Interpret contract documents, drawings, and customer specifications for structure requirements.

Ensure deliverables meet company and customer standards.

Provide technical guidance for design reviews, investigation reports, and development of corporate standards.

Participate in internal and external design reviews.

Ensure completion of engineering deliverables according to the project schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.

5+ years of industry experience in structural engineering and design.

Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.

PLS-POLE experience preferred.

Familiarity with 3D modeling software.

Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Solid IT skills, able to work extensively on computers and office equipment.
