Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with product owners, developers, and project managers to define and prioritize testing data requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various reports and datasets requested by business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and refine data requirements.
• Conduct analysis and communicate with stakeholders to clarify business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Validate reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Write and execute SQL scripts to generate and validate test data.
• Identify and document data-related issues and discrepancies.
• Assist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Microsoft technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in QA Data Analysis, ETL testing, or Data Quality Testing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server (TSQL).
• Experience in context-based, exploratory, or scenario testing.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while keeping management informed.
• Local Arizona candidates only, with flexibility to work in-office as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education industry.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of TFS, MTM, and MS Test.

Additional Information:

• Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) Required.
• Standard 7-year background check required.
