About the Role
A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide assessment, intervention, and training services for individuals and their families. This role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, and overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including function analyses, behavior assessments, and skill acquisition planning.
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, ensuring best practices in ABA therapy.
- Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
- Conduct assessments and develop reports within designated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, clinical policies, and accreditation standards.
- Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with funder requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in active status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
- Competency in computer systems for documentation and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, service providers, and other professionals.
- Physically able to work in clinical and client-based environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating ABA therapy into school or medical settings.
- Strong social and training skills to educate families and professionals on behavior plans.

- Must be able to work on-site in Altoona, IA.
