About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Field Service Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service and support for industrial packaging machinery. This includes setting up and fine-tuning equipment, programming additional logic, and troubleshooting technical issues. As a key liaison between our company and customers, you will help ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and even have the opportunity to earn commission on recommended products and services.
50-60% travel required to client locations for on-site troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to install, fine-tune, and optimize packaging machinery.
- Program and integrate VFFS & HFFS Baggers, Scale Systems, Check-Weighing Systems, Metal Detection/X-Ray Detection, Conveyor Systems, and Print Systems.
- Respond to service calls promptly and effectively.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, system overhauls, and troubleshooting on existing equipment.
- Capture customer details for invoicing and document all service activities.
- Provide recommendations for additional products and services, earning 1% commission on successful purchases and installations.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a field service or engineering role.
Hands-on experience with setting up, fine-tuning, and programming industrial packaging machinery.
Ability to respond quickly to customer service calls and maintenance needs.
Strong troubleshooting skills for system overhauls and repairs.
Willingness to travel (50-60% of the time).
