About the Role

We are seeking a Senior District Manager Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to lead and oversee clinical engineering services for a 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH. This system is recognized as one of the Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report and has consistently been awarded for excellence in healthcare leadership.

This executive-level role requires strong leadership in HTM within a large healthcare environment, exceptional client relationship management, and expertise in regulatory compliance and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive director and primary contact for the University Hospital System.
• Lead healthcare technology management (HTM) operations across multiple hospital sites.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and governance structures.
• Oversee budget management, financial risk assessment, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client and company policies.
• Implement and uphold safety programs to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a diverse team of employees.
• Address cybersecurity concerns related to healthcare technology to safeguard patient and hospital data.
• Support and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management.
• Proven ability to manage technology services in a large healthcare environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget oversight and risk management.
• Ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance in clinical and technology environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity as it pertains to healthcare technology is a plus.
