About the Role

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive support and intervention services for individuals and their families. This role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing intervention plans, and overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including function analyses, behavior assessments, and skill acquisition planning.
  • Oversee behavior reduction procedures and adaptive life skills training for clients.
  • Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
  • Develop and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate openly with the Program Manager regarding client needs, service delivery, and operational concerns.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and online.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, clinical policies, and external accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in active status.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Competency in computer systems for documentation and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, service providers, and other professionals.
  • Physically able to work in clinical and client-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating ABA therapy into school or medical settings.
  • Strong social and training skills to educate families and professionals on behavior plans.

  • Must be able to work on-site in Bangor, ME.
