Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects for a nationally recognized glazing contractor. This role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining schedules and budgets while working closely with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate installers, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of glaziers.
• Monitor resource utilization, contractual performance, and cost control.
• Track and manage project schedules in coordination with CAD, fabrication, and labor teams.
• Conduct thorough project estimates, including reviewing specifications, drawings, and take-off details.
• Attend construction meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with estimators on selected projects.
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
• Regular travel within Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities effectively.
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• AutoCAD drafting and design experience.
