About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Parts Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and develop pricing strategies. This role works closely with procurement, operations, and finance to ensure the right parts are available while maximizing revenue through effective marketing and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in parts sales, supplier management, and ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow parts sales.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to negotiate pricing and promotions.
• Manage inventory levels to align with demand while reducing excess stock.
• Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Expand online sales through e-commerce initiatives.
• Maintain and update ERP data for pricing, inventory, and forecasting.
• Work across departments to improve operations, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth.
• Experience in turf maintenance, automotive, or wholesale parts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), CRM tools, and Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.
