We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Manager to drive sales and ensure compliance within the New York market. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers 3-4 days per week.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in the New York market.
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
- Perform market audits and evaluations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and audit results.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within New York, particularly the Boroughs surrounding Manhattan.
