Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Project Manager to manage and support work streams within a complex finance-focused program. The role requires someone capable of driving successful project delivery across diverse teams, ensuring seamless integration, and managing senior stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and support various work streams including people, process, technology, and real estate components to deliver the end-state Target Operating Model for the Finance team.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring project updates are conveyed efficiently.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
• Utilize project implementation documentation such as toolkits and migration schedules.
• Escalate risks and their impact on business initiatives to management within the organization.
• Design and create strategic documents such as Project Business Cases, Assessments, Communication Plans, and detailed Project Plans.
• Lead the decision-making process to ensure project progress and resolve key project issues.
• Manage project controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while following appropriate escalation processes.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with organizational goals and workstream vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA/Master's preferred); equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting; 2-3 years of relevant project management experience may be included.
• Proven experience as a people manager with strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Solid project management skills; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
