Industrial Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Salary: $61,000 $80,000 | Sunday to Thursday, 11PM-7AM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant production equipment for a corrugated sheet manufacturing facility. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency across mechanical and electrical systems. Initial training will be conducted on 1st or split 1st/2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.

• Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems.

• Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and general maintenance tasks.

• Follow OSHA, fire, electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures.

• Collaborate with team members, management, and vendors for smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and safety training records.

• Complete required monthly online safety training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with industrial machinery, schematics, and preventive maintenance.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work 3rd shift hours (Sunday-Thursday, 11PM7AM).
