As an IT Hiring Manager with 8+ years of experience, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process for all technology roles within the organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and the company's growth objectives, focusing on building high-performing technical teams. This role demands a seasoned recruiter with a deep understanding of technical skillsets, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage a dynamic and fast-paced hiring environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Led and managed a team of IT recruiters, ensuring smooth execution of full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals, using a mix of traditional and innovative channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, tech forums, and networking events.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and align hiring processes with department goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to optimize recruitment efforts and report on hiring performance.
- Enhance the company's employer brand in the technology sector by creating a compelling value proposition for IT professionals and promoting the organization's culture at industry events and through digital platforms.
- Stay up to date on evolving recruitment technologies, techniques, and best practices in IT hiring. Leverage analytics and market research to optimize recruitment processes and candidate assessment methods.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends, market dynamics, and emerging skills in the IT industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment.
