We are seeking a highly disciplined and client-focused Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing complex technology projects while serving as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Success in this role requires the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality while leveraging modern AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Project Delivery

• Leverage Generative AI and Copilot solutions to improve project planning, risk management, reporting, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered delivery tools to improve productivity, delivery predictability, and decision-making.
• Utilize AI insights to proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, dependency bottlenecks, and quality issues.
• Ensure responsible and compliant adoption of AI tools aligned with organizational governance standards.

Project Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, release, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress against scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Establish and monitor key project KPIs, including schedule variance, resource utilization, budget adherence, and delivery quality.
• Manage project governance, change requests, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution processes.
• Facilitate release planning, impact analysis, and execution readiness activities.

Requirements & Solution Management

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements.
• Create wireframes, process flows, data mappings, system workflows, sitemaps, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Drive requirement clarification sessions and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements and process improvements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and executive presentations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively manage expectations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work across cross functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and organizational delivery standards.
• Coordinate closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, and scope management activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and release readiness activities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed functional, technical, and business requirements.
• Maintain project documentation including scope documents, workflows, user guides, and release artifacts.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and create a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.
• Ensure active participation during requirement discussions, planning workshops, and solution reviews.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices and delivery discipline.
• Resolve blockers and drive productive decision-making across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and customer outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Required

• 8+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, project management, or technology consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven projects.
• Proven experience managing client-facing software delivery projects in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working directly with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, change, and project governance management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Jira and other project planning and tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Swagger, Postman, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, integrations, and modern application architectures.
• Ability to understand technical architectures and effectively translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing business requirements, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.

• Experience working with US or European clients.

Preferred

• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing domains.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with AI/GenAI-enabled products and platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent certification.
