Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Source candidates through diverse methods, including job boards, social media platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Screen candidates by thoroughly reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing their suitability for the roles.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Clearly articulate roles and responsibilities to candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct reference checks as part of the evaluation process.
  • Build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Strong domain knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling various technical positions.
  • Expertise in using job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to source candidates from social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job assessments, sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
