Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic and US-based hiring requirements across technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce plans.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and initial assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Handle candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
  • Manage hiring activities across multiple technology stacks, including Software Development, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML.
  • Support US recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate relationship management, and understanding hiring practices for the US market.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring reports.
  • Stay updated on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices across both Indian and US markets.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong experience in Domestic IT hiring with hands-on exposure to US IT Recruitment.
  • Understanding of US recruitment concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and working with US-based hiring managers is preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles across various technologies and seniority levels.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed other recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
  • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
