Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Source candidates through diverse methods, including job boards, social media platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Screen candidates by thoroughly reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing their suitability for the roles.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Clearly articulate roles and responsibilities to candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations.
- Conduct reference checks as part of the evaluation process.
- Build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Strong domain knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling various technical positions.
- Expertise in using job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to source candidates from social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job assessments, sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and follow-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
