The ideal candidate has experience developing social media marketing calendars and executing marketing campaigns. Proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.Multi-tasking, organized great communicator with the ability to thrive in a matrix management organization are key traits for our ideal candidate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of the business and plan activities that can increase brand visibility.
  • Apply project management skills and lead the team members to deliver projects on time. (Sprint process)
  • Writing high-quality original content and concepts for a social media campaign.
  • Manage online presence and media campaigns for social networking platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, other media sites and blogs.
  • Executing company email and social media advertising campaigns and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Monitoring company brand and building brand awareness on the web and social media.
  • Maintain and manage online reviews across multiple channels for brand image.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and creative designers.
  • Conducting Employee interviews and converting them into social media posts, reviews etc.
  • Conducting customer interviews and working with the design team to create effective testimony videos.
  • Help in planning and executing webinars, podcasts and LinkedIn live events.
  • Manage an organization's website, reviewing and providing updates for website content.
  • Plan and execute strategies for SEO & SEM.
  • Experience in Data Analysis to understand your audience, their patterns and preferences and helpful for content marketing and link acquisition.
  • Experience in Copywriting, Behavioral Analysis and Automation to scale the entire process.

Education and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital content based marketing.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Extensive understanding of different social media platforms and blogs, with prior experience with their use
  • Understanding of visual design principles and branding
  • Great analytical and networking skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
