Shift Options: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.50 per hour (based on experience)
Assignment: 3-6 Month Contract

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Human Resources team with a focus on employee benefits administration and leave management. This role assists with benefits inquiries, audits, and coordination with vendors while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both HR operations and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and employee inquiries
- Assist with benefits audits, reconciliation, and compliance reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding benefits issues
- Manage and process FMLA and other employee leave requests while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting related to benefits and leave management
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures
- Provide front desk HR coverage when needed by greeting employees and directing inquiries
- Support the Benefits Manager and HR team with ongoing HR initiatives and departmental operations
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with benefits administration and FMLA or leave management
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and employee relations practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting benefits audits and compliance processes
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
- Prior experience working within a healthcare organization
