Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Location: Irving, TX
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week (3 shifts)
Hourly Pay: $32 - $53
Job Overview:
As an RN in the ICU, you will play a vital role in providing critical care to patients in a professional and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, identifying health issues, creating and implementing personalized care plans, and evaluating patient responses. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care for each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on the needs of the patient and family.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide support and care that addresses both the physical and emotional needs of patients.
- Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to foster informed healthcare choices and promote healing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and execute patient care plans. Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to make decisions in the best interest of the patients safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A current and valid nursing license.
- Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of starting this role.
