Location: Rocklin, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
- Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
As a Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, and ensure exceptional patient care and clinic efficiency. You will play a key role in growing and maintaining a high-functioning clinic, while benefiting from professional development and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff, including physical therapists and administrative personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, with clinicians treating an average of 14 patients per day.
- Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that support patients recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Meet clinic performance targets, both clinical and financial, to ensure continued growth and success.
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate licensure for foreign-trained clinicians with the support of certified instructors.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development, both for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
