Job Title: Multimodality Technologist

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shifts (Monday-Thursday, 4 shifts per week, 10-hour shifts)

Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $25 - $36 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in 3 installments within 18 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality multimodality imaging procedures according to established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their comfort and understanding of procedures.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety standards and infection control.
  • Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and relevant patient data.
  • Work closely with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance and timely reporting of any issues.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members as needed.
  • Serve as a preceptor for new services and initiatives within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Certifications/License:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
  • Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), unless the role is MRI or Ultrasound.
  • Certification by ARRT or ARDMS in two imaging modalities, working 50% of the time in the second modality.
