Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Evening Shift | 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM | 40 hours/week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a full-time evening shift role. Nestled along the scenic Pacific Northwest coastline, this is an opportunity to grow your career while enjoying world-class hiking, beaches, and outdoor adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as scrub tech before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain sterile field and prep instruments/equipment for procedures
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and managing sterile supplies
• Handle medications, drainage systems, sutures/staples, and specimens
• Support patient transport post-op and help clean/reset O.R.
• Rotate in on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays (must live within 20 minutes of hospital)

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Able to function in high-pressure and emergency situations
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to rotating call needs
