Job Title: CRNA - Nurse Anesthetist

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $260,000 - $270,000 annually

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to join our Anesthesiology team. This role involves administering anesthesia, providing pre- and post-anesthetic care, and supporting emergency and therapeutic procedures. CRNAs will rotate on a 1/5 call schedule and work closely with the medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Completion of a post-graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Active Colorado CRNA licensure.
• At least one year of experience as a CRNA.
• Proficiency in general, regional (epidural/spinal), MAC anesthesia, and peripheral nerve blocks.
• Experience placing invasive lines (arterial and central venous access).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call coverage for after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments and documentation.
• Deliver therapeutic procedures for acute and chronic pain management.
• Provide emergency anesthesia support and collaborate across hospital departments.
• Assist with respiratory therapy, emergency resuscitation, and pain management consultation.
