Hourly Pay Rate: $41.00 - $63.00 (based on experience)
Job Overview:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing physical therapy evaluations, establishing individualized plans of care, providing treatments, and modifying the care plan as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. This role requires a professional with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations for patients and establish a personalized plan of care.
- Provide physical therapy treatments and continuously assess their effectiveness.
- Modify treatment plans as needed to meet patient goals and desired outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and co-workers about therapy plans and health maintenance.
- Lead, organize, and delegate tasks within the therapy team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize and delegate tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Proficient in managing therapy treatments and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon Required.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care setting Preferred.
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
State License Requirements:
- Oregon
