Location: Asheville, NC
Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 Shifts Per Week
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $44.50 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool to join our dynamic staffing pool in Asheville, NC. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing specialized nursing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to implement, adjust, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
- Support and delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:5 to 1:6 depending on unit demands.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department (ED).
- ED experience is welcome.
- Please note: This position is not open to new graduates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
