Job Description:

The Senior Quality Analyst / CQI Analyst provides expert support for regional teams and agencies by offering leadership in operations, quality management, and personalized services. The role includes developing partnerships with quality representatives to implement sustainable quality management systems. The Analyst will collaborate with regional teams during periods of growth, crisis, and significant changes. A certification in Quality and Organizational Excellence will be required upon hire.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with regional teams and agencies to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of administrative systems, processes, and data.
  • Provide technical assistance in developing, improving, and implementing operational systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Educate and support agencies in the use of quality tools such as root cause analysis, PDCA, and process mapping to foster internal capacity for system improvement.
  • Participate in regional and state operational meetings to assist with data analysis, planning, and applying a systems approach to problem-solving.
  • Onboard and train designated quality representatives within agencies, providing ongoing leadership and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align systems and processes with organizational vision, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the Quality Review process and assist with corrective action plans during high-risk situations.
  • Support agencies during growth, acquisitions, crises, and significant changes.
  • Provide on-site assistance in leadership vacancies and gather Personal Outcome Measures (POM) data to build individualized supports.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and current trends within intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Basic Assurances and Personal Outcome Measures.
  • Skilled in utilizing quality tools such as root cause analysis and cause and effect analysis for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in data analysis, trend detection, and developing operational responses.
  • Strong team-building, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and willing to learn additional software applications.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently with off-site supervision and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality and influence actions outside of direct supervision.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in service delivery, training, or quality assurance, with a background in intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred, with certification required upon hire.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel.
