Compensation Range: $36.61 to $54.92 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a focus on outpatient orthopedics and some subacute inpatient coverage as needed. The role offers 45-minute one-on-one treatments, 1-hour evaluations, and paid documentation time in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team values work-life balance, offering 4-day work weeks in a clinic that provides care for a variety of conditions, from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics, post-op, sports medicine, vestibular/concussion, and long-term neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret evaluations to develop physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with the interdisciplinary team.
- Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities.
- Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments related to diseases, disorders, or injuries.
- Provide gait training and recommend assistive devices as needed.
- Complete discharge planning in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and social workers.
- Document patient care services in the EMR system using defensible documentation standards.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Conduct in-service training programs and contribute to the development of rehab and hospital staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local certification and legal requirements.
- Actively engage in professional development to maintain clinical practice standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA) or valid compact license.
- Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and employee health meeting.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
