Salary: $108,160-$114,400/year
Shift: Full-time, Days | Monday-Friday | No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room RN to join a high-volume surgical center. This is a full-time, weekday role providing hands-on patient care and team leadership within a 4-OR facility performing 250-300 surgeries per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care in the operating room
• Provide leadership and support to the surgical services team
• Ensure patient safety and uphold surgical best practices
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to maintain optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License - Required
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience - Required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) - Required
• Experience with Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management procedures - Preferred
