Job Title: ENT Surgical Tech
Location: Peoria, IL
Salary: Up to $29.00/hour
Shift: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM | No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Job Overview:

We are hiring two experienced ENT Surgical Techs to join a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. Candidates will specialize in ENT procedures and are expected to cross-train into additional surgical services. Certification is not required, but prior experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile instrument setups and assist in ENT surgical procedures
• Pass instruments, hold retractors, and anticipate surgeon needs
• Maintain strict sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Clean and restock operating rooms and sterilize equipment per protocols
• Recognize and report patient condition changes during surgery
• Demonstrate competency in fewer than five surgical specialties (cross-training required)
• Follow AORN and AST best practices and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience - Required
• Strong understanding of ENT surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Ability to provide care for patients aged 6 months through adult
• Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively under high-pressure environments
• Completion of a Surgical Tech program - Preferred
