Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $30.15 to $37.69 (based on experience)

Annual Salary Range: $62,712 to $78,395.20

Position Summary:

This 25 bed critical access hospital is seeking two full-time Respiratory Therapists to join their Cardiopulmonary Services team. As an RRT, you'll work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and provide diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary care per practitioner orders. This is a day-shift, Monday through Friday role with no weekend or on-call requirements, offering consistent hours and a stable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate cardiopulmonary care to a diverse patient population
• Execute therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures
• Adhere to AARC standards and hospital-specific policies and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Provide respiratory care coverage in a facility with 24-hour respiratory services (no on-call needed)

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Knowledge of AARC standards of practice and hospital respiratory protocols
