Job Title: EMT - Basic

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $14.81 - $20.78 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-time EMT - Basic to join our team. In this role, you will respond to emergent and non-emergent situations, provide patient care within your level of training, and support nursing staff in the Emergency Department. You will ensure the safe and effective delivery of care while maintaining equipment and certifications.

Requirements:

• Completion of a state-approved EMT course and current Colorado certification.
• BLS certification (required before hire).
• IV certification upon hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet vehicle insurance qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls and operate emergency vehicles.
• Assess patient conditions and administer first aid as needed.
• Maintain and restock medical equipment and supplies.
• Keep Colorado certification current through education and training.
