Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Sacramento, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
- Eligible for an annual bonus up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and leadership. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of clinicians, and ensure high-quality patient care, while also being hands-on with treating patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, including supervising foreign-trained applicants to obtain licensure.
- Manage patient care schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Treat an average of 14 patients per day while providing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering hands-on physical therapy services.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and promote continuing education within the team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
