Job Title: PT Center Manager

Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
  • Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings.

Job Overview:

As the Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring top-tier patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical team leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a competitive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff.
  • Oversee a team of clinicians who treat an average of 14 patients per day, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to the clinical and administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, supporting clinicians in achieving patient rehabilitation goals.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, patient flow, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure that clinic targets are met and exceeded, both in clinical outcomes and financial performance.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities and facilitate professional development for the team.
  • Supervise foreign-trained applicants to help them obtain licensure with the support of certified instructors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required; prior management or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
